Who we are
BrandHive provides software connecting brands, independent sales agents and approved business buyers in Australia and New Zealand. This policy describes the information handled by the platform and the controls currently provided to users.
Information we handle
Depending on your role, we may handle account and contact details, organisation information, customer and order records, territory interests, contracts, identity and compliance status, bank-detail records, uploaded documents, support communications, security logs and product-usage data.
Why we use it
We use information to authenticate users, operate authorised workflows, provide support, secure and audit the service, send requested operational communications, meet legal obligations and improve reliability. Marketing communications require the applicable consent and include an opt-out mechanism.
Sharing and storage
Information is shared with authorised members of the relevant organisations and with service providers needed to operate the platform. Provider access should be limited by contract and configuration. Cross-border processing, retention periods and the final list of disclosures require external legal confirmation before production publication.
