Write the order. BrandHive calculates commission at the rates in your agreement and records it when the order is confirmed.

The brand approves it. You and the brand see the same amount and status in one ledger.

The brand pays your bank account. At settlement, the brand exports a payment file and pays from its account to yours. Your bank details are required before the brand can include you in a payment file.

Confirm receipt. The brand marks the payout paid. You confirm it arrived or flag a missing or incorrect amount from the settlement screen.

Payment timing comes from the agreement between you and the brand. BrandHive does not hold or transfer funds. It gives both sides the same amount, status and payout history.
